Nancy in New York FAQ

The event will be held in Central Park,  New York City on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 6pm not far from a water fountain for pets. The location will be emailed to participants approximately one-week before the event. 

Everyone should arrive by the start time of 6pm. Nancy will answer individual questions one-by-one about your pet. You will get to ask one  question. You should have a specific question ready. Once your question is answered, feel free to leave or enjoy listening to others. If time allows in the 90-minutes, Nancy will answer other questions. 

Please note:

Central Park rules specify that no microphones/voice amplifiers be used. Therefore, you may not be able to hear every other question being asked with other individuals/pets. 

Yourself and your pet if you would like. Because there might be some waiting before you get to ask your question, feel free to bring a towel or blanket to sit on while you wait. 

Absolutely not! Feel free to just book a spot for yourself, and bring a photo of the pet you have a question about.  

If you DO bring your pet, please ensure that they are respectful of other people and pets. If you know your pet can get a bit nervous in public, it's best to leave them at home. 

For the pace of the group session, we will only be focusing on living pets. Please book a session to ask questions about your passed pets and loved ones.

Because New York parks require any get together over 20 people to require a permit, I can only accommodate those that purchased a spot, so unfortunately not.  My greatest fear is having the New York parks going after me because we have a big group and a newspaper headline reading something like, “Animal Communicator breaks rules and has massive get together.” 

Now, that’s not to say your friend/significant other can’t be fifteen feet away drinking a coffee on “their own.” 

Great! If you have a group of your friends would want to set up a private group reading around the 4-6 of August 2025, send me an email by June 1st at the very latest. (But ideally, the sooner the better.) 

You can take photos/video as long as you appropriately tag me on social media for credit.
