This appointment is for an INITIAL missing pet consultation.
During this virtual appointment, we will establish the following things:
1. Viability: is the pet still alive?
2. General location where the pet is, including but not limited to: what the surroundings look like, any significant landmarks or features of the environment.
3. Pet's health and well-being. Is the pet eating?
Where is the pet getting water from? Is the pet injured or hurt at all?
Finally, we will go over
4. Plan. This is unique to your particular pet that I hear from guides. Do you need a trap? Will the pet come to you? Will we have the pet go to a landmark or stay put? What can you do right now to get your pet home?
All of this will be written down and immediately emailed as a PDF.
After the initial consultation, you may book a Lost Pet Consultation Follow-Up call, once every twenty-four hours (24) until the pet is found.
What you need to do before the lost pet consultation:

B) Date when the pet was lost. (Feel free to include latest sightings.)
C) Name of Pet
D) Location (town/city/State/Province)
This service can be utilized World-Wide.
Oftentimes I am able to start helping your pet before the reading starts through email/text. Once I email/text with information with your pets whereabouts, the service has considered started. No refunds will be given if the 30-minute appointment is not utilized. Many clients chose to continue the appointment to check-in on how their pet is doing since being found.
This service does not imply a guarantee that the pet will be found. I do my best to help each and every lost pet.
This appointment does not include follow-up information (if needed) to help locate the pet. Please see the Lost pet reading follow up to book for further information.
Follow up Appointment
This follow-up call is designed for those that have already had an initial missing pet consultation. During this consultation I will connect to the pet and we will discuss the following: 1. Viability. Is the pet still alive? 2. Location: Has the pet moved at all? 3. Health/Emotional well being: Is the pet healthy? Is the pet eating/drinking? 4. Plan: Changing location of trap/ searching. What can you do to get your pet home?
You can book this follow up consultation once every twenty-four (24) hours.
Note: Please book this lost pet consultation follow up call only if you have already had an lost pet initial consultation. New lost-pet bookings that are booked though this will be cancelled and money refunded.
For a missing pet appointment that is missed for whatever reason, there will be no refunds for the missed appointment. Rescheduling will NOT be allowed for any missed lost pet appointment
Connect with one (1) pet (living or deceased) during this 30-minute video call.
This is also good reading for pre-adoption/foster of a pet.
Typical 30 minute calls check in on a specific issue with pet (behavioral), ask specific questions. It‘s also good before big events I.e. Moves, adding family members, etc.
Behavioral Consultations:
1. Talk with your pet. (It's like people, you can't just walk up and demand that they behave.)
They tell me whatever is important to them: a bone, they want to be walked more, etc.
2. Work on what might be causing the problem behavior: prior to adoption, anxiety, jealousy, a little of everything.
3. Work with giving the pet an alternative solution to the behavior.

Connect with 2-3 living and/or deceased pets. Work on specific issues.

Behavioral Consultations:

Please note the maximum number of pets I can work with in a 45-minute time frame is three (3). Any more than that and it feels like I am hosting "The Price is Right" and calling pets down. If you would like to work with more than three, please book either a 60 or 90 minute session.

This 15-minute session plus is for pets at the end of their life.
It includes one (1) fifteen minute session plus follow ups over text or Whatsapp up to five (5) days after the session is completed.
Read below for more details.
Typical topics during the end of life session:
1. Are they ready to go? (Always asked first.) If not, what can we do to help them prolong their life?
2. Bucket list: What would they like to do before they go?
3. How would they like to go? At home, at the Vet, somewhere else?
4. Are they in pain? Is there something that is making them more uncomfortable?
5. Time frame. How much longer do they have?
6. Ambiance. What can you do to make them more comfortable? This may be moving them to another room, letting them sit in their favorite sunny spot, or keeping the tv on.
After the session
Daily check-in allowed via text or Whatsapp. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER TO DO SO AND DONE ONLY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS of 9am-5pm EST. This will continue until the pet peacefully over, or for up to five (5) days after the session. Every effort will be made to respond to texts as soon as possible. In the event a text is not returned promptly during normal business hours, please feel free to send another text as sometimes texts do fall through!
Please note: For End of Life Reading Plus, please book the next available End of Life pet reading plus session. You will be put at the top of the cancellation list and every effort will be made to get you in within 48 hours

Typical 90 minute pet readings include:

1-2 Specific Questions
This 15 minute session can be booked with as little as 1-hour notice and can be done over the phone or over Facetime/Zoom/Whatsapp/Google Meet as you prefer.
If you still need more time, you generally will have the option to extend the session to 30-minutes, but please inquire ahead of the scheduled session to double check.
Please note: the fifteen minute session is not used to connected with pets or people that have passed over. Please book a 30-minute or longer session or longer to connect with loved ones.

Typical 60-minute appointments include connecting with someone in Spirit and answering questions about current and future issues. However,
it is YOUR time. You dictate what we speak about.

Please note one-hour sessions are limited to 4 people/pets or a combination thereof, not exceeding four.
During the reading, feel free to take notes. I will also take notes so nothing is forgotten! After the reading, I will email you a PDF of the notes.

Typical 90 minute readings include connecting with passed loved ones, pets, and answering questions about current and future issues.

This two-hour group reading (up to 6 people) is great for a virtual night out.
Held virtually, you can do a reading together or go one-by-one and ask what Spirit sees for you. This can also be done for pets.

The appointment may be rescheduled if the appointment is rescheduled within two (2) days of the scheduled date. No refunds will be made for missed appointments. There are no exceptions. Please ensure your phone number is correct and you have proper access to Wi-fi or a phone prior to the call. Nancy Mello Psychic Medium LLC is not responsible for missed appointments due to errors in phone numbers or links for Google Meet or Zoom. No refunds are made once the reading is finished. Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made for any reason. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered. Please inform other members on your credit card/bank of the charge. If you need to reschedule, please make an effort to do so a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours beforehand.
