Appointment Policy

The appointment may be rescheduled if the appointment is rescheduled within two (2) days of the scheduled date.


No refunds will be made for missed appointments.  This includes because of confusion of time zones. Every appointment is in EASTERN STANDARD TIME (NEW YORK.)There are no exceptions.


Appointments will be held for fifteen minutes passed the original booked time before being considered forfeited.



Please ensure your phone number is correct and you have proper access to Wi-fi or a phone prior to the call. Nancy Mello Psychic Medium LLC is not responsible for missed appointments due to errors in phone numbers or links for Google Meet or Zoom.

No refunds are made once the reading is finished. Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made for any reason. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered.
Please inform other members on your credit card/bank of the charge.


If you need to reschedule, please make an effort to do so a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours beforehand.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you or your representative, hereby agree to fully release and hold harmless  Nancy Mello from and against any and all claims or liability of whatever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your session(s).


You must be 18 years or older to receive a reading.  All psychic, animal communication readings and associated services are for entertainment purposes only and should never be taken as advice. Readings  obtained from this website are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, veterinary or psychiatric advice or care from a certified professional. Please seek the advice of a trained Medical Doctor or Veterinarian about any health concerns. Prior results that you may be made aware of do not guarantee a comparable outcome.  Any decision you make because of a reading you do so of your own free will and you understand and acknowledge that readings are subject to your interpretation. You release Nancy Mello of any and all liability resulting from use or misuse of information obtained from Nancy Mello for any reason. 

Any recordings during the session are your responsibility and you agree not to reproduce or share them publicly for any reason.  Failure to adhere to these terms may result in legal action to enforce these terms and our intellectual property rights.  You are solely responsible for your recorded audio records.

Nancy Mello makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any prediction or results of any psychic or spiritual consultation or any healing service obtained through the nancymello.com website. No Refunds will be issued regardless of outcome. All sales are final unless stated otherwise on the website and any such refund shall be solely at Nancy Mello's discretion.
