Nancy Mello LLC also makes no guarantee that a specific animal, person, spirit, topic, question, concern, or desired outcome will be addressed during any session.
Prior results, testimonials, reviews, or experiences shared by other clients do not guarantee similar results.
Any decisions made based upon information received during a session are made solely at your own discretion and free will. You acknowledge that all information received is subject to your personal interpretation.
You agree to release Nancy Mello LLC from any and all liability arising from the use or misuse of information obtained through any reading, consultation, communication, or service.
Any recordings made during a session are solely your responsibility. Session recordings are provided solely for the client's personal use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, post publicly, or otherwise share session recordings without the prior written consent of Nancy Mello LLC. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in legal action to protect and enforce intellectual property rights.
No refunds will be issued based upon dissatisfaction with, disagreement with, or perceived accuracy of any reading, communication, prediction, consultation, or service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated on nancymello.com. Any exception shall be made solely at the discretion of Nancy Mello LLC.
