Nancy lives In Mystic, CT with her 2 children, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 husband.

She is proudly part of the "Xennial/Oregon Trail" generation. She still remembers the cheats to Super Mario Bros. 3 and still has a slap bracelet that she wears on occasion.

When she is not working with people or pets, you'll find her outside hiking or walking,

or inside on her Peloton (MysticinMystic is her rider name!) She recently rode a century ride (100 miles.) She also enjoys watching the latest docu-series.

Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2016, Nancy is on an endless hunt for the best gluten-free pizza and, "bread that tastes like bread."

Reschedule/Refund Policy

The appointment may be rescheduled if the appointment is rescheduled within two (2) days of the scheduled date. No refunds will be given for sessions cancelled within 48 hours notice.

As of April 11, 2023, any refunds to payments made via Square will be subject to a 2.9% + 30 cents processing fee. This is from Square, not from myself. Clients using Paypal are not affected.

No refunds will be made for missed appointments. This includes because of confusion of time zones.

Appointments will be held for fifteen minutes passed the original booked time before being considered forfeited.

Please ensure your phone number is correct and you have proper access to Wi-fi or a phone prior to the call. Nancy Mello Psychic Medium LLC is not responsible for missed appointments due to errors in phone numbers or links for Google Meet or Zoom.

No refunds are made once the reading is finished. Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made for any reason. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered.

Please inform other members on your credit card/bank of the charge.

If you need to reschedule, please make an effort to do so a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours beforehand.

Mission Statement

As a psychic medium, clairvoyant, and animal communicator, I love helping clients every day connect with loved ones that have passed on and help their animals live fuller lives. I believe that both science and spirituality can coincide. It is my goal to help fund scientific research to understand how those with intuitive abilities use their brain differently. By understanding how clairvoyants use their brains in different ways, we can further help understand how the brain works and how we can help others.
