The appointment may be rescheduled if the appointment is rescheduled within two (2) days of the scheduled date. No refunds will be given for sessions cancelled within 48 hours notice.
As of April 11, 2023, any refunds to payments made via Square will be subject to a 2.9% + 30 cents processing fee. This is from Square, not from myself. Clients using Paypal are not affected.
No refunds will be made for missed appointments. This includes because of confusion of time zones. Every appointment is in EASTERN STANDARD TIME (NEW YORK.)There are no exceptions.
Appointments will be held for fifteen minutes passed the original booked time before being considered forfeited.
Please ensure your phone number is correct and you have proper access to Wi-fi or a phone prior to the call. Nancy Mello Psychic Medium LLC is not responsible for missed appointments due to errors in phone numbers or links for Google Meet or Zoom.
No refunds are made once the reading is finished. Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made for any reason. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered.
